Our Mission
To enhance quality of life for individuals and communities; by providing opportunities to connect with others, enhance skills and creativity, and affect local change.
How we do this
We work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to produce projects that provide meaningful participation for all.
We support people to reach their potential and take agency.
We prioritise project participants who have had limitted access to opportunities.
Our projects enhance confidence, self-esteem, communication, creativity, learning and skills.
We foster links between individuals and communities, to boost community cohesion and reduce isolation.

Partnerships
We work closely with our partner organisations across the sectors of education, health and community, to design bespoke projects, that meet local need and respond to local issues.
What is a partner and how does it work?
Core Partners
For each project we work with core project partners e.g., a primary school, charity, a local authority. We create a bespoke project design in consultation with your organisation and our team delivers it to your participants.
If you would like to become a LEAP core partner and/or you have an idea for a project, contact us to discuss how to proceed.
